Is there of loosing personal property in Nepal if a Nepali

gets US citizenship ? Does someone know the legal system please!

Once you are a US citizen you can not claim your property back home in Nepal. However, recently government has introduced new legislation under which NRN nepali can own a peice of land in KTM solely for his residential purpose. I do not know how they have defined NRN.

anyways.. once you are a US citizen why are you worried about property in Nepal.. forget it man.. you are US citizen.. so even at your old age you are protected by social security.... Forget about NRN association ... they are there for their personal benefits only.. how to park their money in Nepal through investment.. nothing else...
