We are starting Java Training very soon and it will be followed by job placement in related field.

At the end of the course, the student should gain a thorough understanding of Java, J2EE and associated technologies and be able to:
 
Develop design diagrams and documents.
Develop Java based web application utilizing the design diagrams and requirements.
Develop test cases using java based testing frameworks.
Deploy the applications to various web and application servers.
Explain Java and J2EE related topics professionally.

Would be great to see the Syllabus. I will reach out. 

Also, hopefully you will give us in writing that you will give 5% for the referral as your advertisement at the top suggest.
