Only Indian Grocery store in 50 Miles Radious in Ventura, CA.  The store is profitable and been running for last 8 years. No compition. Recetly added a deli to serve fast food. Majority of work has already been done for a commercial kitchen if you choose to expand it.  Total 1340 sq ft. Adjecent space just became available if you want to expand.
