Hi sajha friends,
I am really in difficult situation....any genuine suggestions will be appreciated in this case.

A person came here in F2 under British Passport (BP). However, He/she is Nepali, grew up in Nepal and had education there. Before BP, used to travel in NPP (and still have) and also has Nepalese Nagarita. Under this case does he/she can apply tps?.

Feedback will be very appriciated
