I (green card holder) filed I-130 petition for my wife (in US as student) and got approved already. The priority date is August 08 2014. However the October 2015 visa bulletin published some more chart on the category and my priority date falls before that date. I am so confused with that Can I file I-485 adjustment of status starting October first week?
I need your help on this.

Thank you
