Friends, I am in process of filing I485. My attorney asked me to collect my vaccination record. I am 40 years old and I don't have any vaccination record from my childhood. Right now I am in Nepal to collect my birth certificate from municipality. Has anyone have experience getting vaccination record from Nepal? Please suggest me how I can get my childhood and other vaccination records while I am in Nepal. Thanks in advance!

Aba Nepal ma kaha bata vaccination record hunchha tyo pani 35-40 barsha agadiko? At least aajkal ka bachhaharulai vaccination dida medical form ma record rakhchha, tyo jamana ma ta euta manchhe le vaccine laidine ho siddyo, k ka record? Aba US aaune, civil surgeon ko ma jane ani j j launuchha tesaile laidinchha.
