Hi guys, Will H1B be changed to TPS automatically once it is approved or it only happens after I use it? (i.e, If I have TPS EAD approved but haven't use it, will it hamper H1B or not?) I mean, can I apply TPS EAD as a back up for H1B?

Having TPS EAD doesn't affect ur H1B as long as you are meeting H1B requirements, so u can have TPS EAD as a backup.

Situation: Approved TPS from last round and travel document. I traveled to Nepal and renewed my H1B visa and entered US with H1B status. Can I still re-register for TPS? Thank you in advance for helpful comments.

I have a question: "I will be full time in H1B maintaining its requirements. Can I work in TPS ead in weekends or for the part time job? Will it violate the H1b status for will have any issues in GC process later?"

Once you work on TPS EAD in weekends you violate H1B status. So dont look to make few extra bucks and jeopardize H1B.
