Some might have no idea..but this is very useful to those who dont use internet( skype ,messenger) in nepal.. lyca mobile USA has been providing ultimate free call to nepal NCELL past 3 months. all u need is lyca sim card here in usa and a ncell number back nepal.. enjoy free call

It seems good. Which plan you are using? I may buy one sim card. Do you know which network it uses and how reliable is it? Why only ncell is free not ntc?

$19 plan... its good n reliable..im using it for my parents. n relative in nepal uk and india..voice quality is absulately good.. no ides y not they giveing gor ntc

Are you sure they're still offering free calls/texts. I know they were during Dashain/Tihar. And this banner is still on Lycamobile's portal, but I'm not sure about the validity of offer:
