Contact Daniel. Excellent Database trainer. He charges money though. I do not know if he does any placement or not... But if you are on to gain knowledge, I bet Daniel is one of the best. Contacting and talking to him does not hurt...

By the way, it is online training. So you can get training from wherever you are.

Correct me from wrong, SQL Developer market is not very nice these days. Why not go for Java or .Net?
