Traveled last month to south east asia, but not to nepal. Point of entry was smooth, no hassle.

If court decision come after 1/2 week then also there will not be any issue until March 2020 while returning back to USA under AP. Be relax and enjoy your trip. I myself traveling to Uk, Dubai and and india on January for vacation for 1.5 month.
