Hi,
I have received Biometrics appointment for my parents for visitor visa extension after they have returned back to Nepal. They applied last year March 2020 for the extension as the airport in Nepal was closed due to the pandemic. They returned back after the airport was opened in September 2020.
The case status online is updated with biometrics request on Feb 2021. We have not yet received the formal mail about the date and location yet. Since they have already returned back, there is no need to biometrics now
Any similar experience on what can be done now ?
