Hi looking for salla here
I485 -EB3 employment based pending since October 2020
I140 approved oct 2020
Finger print done Jan 2021
Ead n ap received Jan 2021
After that no movement yet
So kura k vane I was f1 student until I got Tps 2015 . After tps I quit f1. But never been out of status
I was in Oklahoma when I processed the application but my sponsor company is from 6th/9th circuit. I recently moved and started working with EAd with them.
So kasailai kei idea hola address change , moving , tps makes any difference between the process please. Interview lai delay hunxa ho address change le ? Tps le garda interview ma kei issue po hunxa ki tension vaisakyo. Can I request expedited request since tps going to be end soon? Pls advise
Ps I have my company lawyer she is just staying quite at this time .
