Legal threats against Trump include

18 USC 2071 — Concealment, removal or mutilation (3 years max and can’t hold office)
18 USC 793 — Gathering, transmitting or losing defence information (espionage act: 10 years max)
18 USC 1519 — Destruction, alteration or falsification of records in Federal investigations (obstruction: 20 years max)
