TPS for Nepal is set to end on August 5, 2025, but a court case about Afghanistan’s TPS may help. If the court rules that DHS gave too little notice, it could lead to a six-month extension. The same rule might apply to Nepal. This extra time can give breathing room for those with pending cases or preparing other applications. If the court agrees on the late notice issue, Nepal may not need to file its own lawsuit for this part. Stay updated.

Good luck!!

Hey, looks like my earlier comment disappeared—no biggie. Just want to say, it’s not really about the “too little notice” part. The court’s gonna focus on whether DHS actually broke the APA rules. It’s more about facts than feelings, you know?

Also, let’s keep it cool—no need for any misleading. All good vibes here. ✌️

@Sql_server, I think when Sexy said "too little notice", she is trying to say too little time for the notice period. Basically, you are saying the same thing. There is no need to argue.
