कुरा आयो आयो उही १६-१७ को। म र मेरा अरु नेपाली ५ जना साथीहरु र ४ जना नेपाली भाईहरु अमेरिकाको एउटा हाई स्कुल मा पढ्थ्योउ। हामीहरु सबै एु तै कोम्प्लेक्स मा बस्त्योउ। तेती मात्र नहएर हाम्रो बुवाहरु नेपालमा एउटै अफिसमा काम गर्नु हुन्त्यो। हामी ४ जना केटीहरु र २ जना भाईहरु एउटै तरकारी पसल्मा क्यासिएर भएर काम गर्थ्यो। हामी सबै फ्राइडे, स्याटर्‍डे र सन्डे गरी २० घण्टा काम गर्थ्यो। अरु वीक देजमा चै हामी स्कुल बाट फर्के पछी खाजा साजा खाइ वारी, होमवओर सकाएर एक आर्कालाई फोन गर्ने अनी केटीहरुहो नेपाल न्युजमा च्याट गर्ने होइन भन्थ्यो। उ बेला हामी ५ जना केटीहरु मिलेर केटाहरुलाई काम्ता जिस्काउदैन थे। ति दिनहरु अहिले नि सम्झिदा साह्रै रमाइलो लाग्यो। यस्तै २००१ साल सेप्टेम्बर महिनाको कुरा हो डेट त मलाई याद छैन। मेरो साथीहरुले आज च्याट गर्न मिल्दिन भनेता पनि म भने सधैं झै च्याट गर्दै थे। केटीको निक नेम देखेची केटाहरुको प्राइभेट मेसेज त कती आउथ्यो कती। म सबै मेसेजहरुलाई इग्नोरे गर्दै मेन च्याट रूम मा नै च्याट गर्दै थे। फेरी एउटा केटा ले रेड रोज को साथ मा "Do u want to chat with me" भनेर। हुन त एस्ता मेसेजहरु कती आउथे कती तर त्यो दिनको त्यो मेसेजल मलाई के भो के मैले त्यो केटालाई "sure why not" भनेर रिप्लाई दिए र त्यो दिन हामीले झन्डै रातिको १ बजे सम्म च्याट गरौ। र फेरि भोलि कुरा गेर्ने बाचाका साथ बिदा भयोउ। र फेरि भोलि पल्त उहि ताइममा हामि चत् गर्न थाल्योउ। यो बेला चै हामिले पर्सोनल कुरा गर्यो। जस्ताइ तिमी अमेरिका आको कती भयो, के गर्दै चौ यहाँ, तिमी कहाँ बाट यस्तै यस्तै कुरा हरु गर्‍यो। उ Arkansas पर्दै थियो। यो उस्को पहिलो सेमेस्तर राइछ।यस्तै गरी हामी दिन दिनै कुरा गर्न थालयोउ। नेपाल न्युजमा च्याट गरेको १ हप्ता पछी उस्ले तिम्रो MSN ID छ म तिम्लाई add गर्छु अनी उतै च्याट गरुम्ला। यहाँ सबैले खाली दिस्तर्ब मात्र गर्छ राम्रो सँग कुरै गर्न दिदैन। अनी मैले उस्लाई भाई हाल्छ नि भनेर उतिन्खेरनै एउटा फके msn id बनाएर यो मेरो id हो भनेर दिए। यस्तै गरी हामी १ महिना सम्म मेसेन्जरमा च्याट गर्‍यो। उस्को रिएल नाम मलाई थाहा थियो तर उस्लाई मेरो रिएल नाम भने थाहा थिएन। मैले उस्लाई मेरो नाम लुना हो भनेर भनेको थिए। अनी १ महिना पछी उस्ले तिम्रो स्वर सुन्न मन लाग्यो फोनमा कुरा गरुम न भन्यो। मलाई के भनुम के भो। मैले भाई हाल्छ नि भनेर मेरो सेल नम्बर दिए र उस्ले उस्को द्रोमको फोन # दियो र उस्ले तिम्ले फोन गर्न मिल्छ भने मलाई अहिले कल गरन भन्यो अनी मैले तिम्लाई फोन गर्न फोन कार्ड यिउज गर्नु पर्छ अहिले म सँग फोन कार्ड छैन भने पछी मैले उस्लाई फोन गेर्ने बाचा गरे उस्ले मलाइ ५ मिनेत देउ अहिले म कोम्पुतर ल्याबमा चु मेरो कोथामा पुग्न ५ मिनेट लाग्छ भन्यो र मैले हुन्छ भनेर msn बाट बिदा भयोउ। मैले ५ मिनेट पछी उस्लाई फोन गरे हेलो दाने (उस्को चौतारीको निक नेम) हो भने उस्ले हो भन्यो र हामी २ घण्टा कुरा गर्‍यो। बल्ल मैले तेही बेला मेरो रिएल नाम ठुलि हो भनेर उस्लाई भने। उस्ले मलाई किन झुतो बोली कि भनेर भन्दi मैले केही बोलिन। दाने धरै नबोल्ने तर बोले पछी मित्थो बोल्ने थियो भने म धरै बोल्नु पेर्ने, धरै हास्नु पेर्ने खाल्को थिए। जे भेनी हाम्रो कुरा साह्रै मिल्थ्यो। र यसरी हाम्रो फोनमा कुरा गर्न सुरु भो।

 दानेले भन्यो थुलि मेरो फिर्स्त् सेमेस्तर नि सकिन लाग्यो अब म तेक्ससमा मुभ् हुदै चु। मैले किन भनेर सोधे उस्ले मेरो दाइ पर्ने उता हुनुहुन्च अनि उहाले उतै अौनु भनेको च म र मेरो केहि साथिहरु मुभ् हुँदै छु भन्यो र तिम्लाई एउटा कुरा भन्नु थियो खै कसरी भनुम फेरी तिम्ले माइन्ड गर्छ कि भन्यो अनी मैले उस्लाई मेरो माइन्ड नै छैन कसरी तिम्रो कुरा म माइन्ड गर्छु भने र फेरी मैले भनन के हो उस्ले मलाई तिमी मलाई साह्रै मन पर्न थालयो र "do u want to be my gf" भनेर सोध्यो। म त एक्चिन चुप चाप भएर उस्ले किन नबोलेको प्लिज बोलन भने पछी मैले खै के भनुम के भनुम के भो भने हुन त दाने मलाई नि मन्पर्थ्यो। उस्ले जे भएनी भन भने पछी मैले "yes" भन्न reply दिए। तेती खेर सम्म हामीले एक आर्काको फोटो हेर्ने मौका पाएका थिएन। तपाईंहरु सोच्दै हुनुहुन्छ होला यिनिहरु कस्ता पागल होला फोटोनै हेर्दाइ नहेरी मन्परायो भन्थानु भो लोला। खै त्यो उमेरै तेस्ताइ थ्यो। तेस्को २ दिन पछी मैले उस्लाई मेरो फोटो पथाइदिए। उस्लाई मेरो फोटो साह्रै राम्रो लाग्यो र मैले नि उस्को फोटो मागे। उस्ले म सँग ग्रुप फोटो मात्र छ मैले तेही भएनी पथाइदिनुस् न भनेर उसके एउटा दसैंको फोटो पथाइदियो र भन्यो सबै भन्दा अग्लो र लामा कपाल भएको म हो भन्यो। दाने नि साह्रै ह्यान्दसोम थ्यो।र हामीहरुको दिन तेही फोनमा बिथ्यो। दिसेम्बरमा उस्को सेमेस्तर सके पछी उ टेक्सस साथीहरु सँगइ मुभ भो। र उस्ले टेक्सस मुभ हुने बितिकै सेल फोन किन्यो र हाम्लाई कुरा गर्न झन सजिलो भो। उस्ले भन्यो म अब नोर्थ लेक कलेजमा भर्ना हुँदै छु भन्यो। म नि आफ्नो हाई स्कुल सकाएर कालेज जोइन भए।

हामी दिन्को३-४ घण्टा कुरा गर्थ्यो र कुरा घुमी घुमी उही एउटै कुरामा गएर अद्किन्थ्यो। हामी कहिले भेट्ने भन्ने कुरामा। म टेक्ससमा जान नमिल्ने उ यता आउन नमिल्ने। अनी उस्ले भन्यो म यो समरमा ocean cityमा काम गर्न आउछु। तिमी मलाई उतै भेट्न आउ भन्यो र मैले हुन्छ भए। जुन महिनाको बिच तिर ocean cityमा उस्को साथीहरु सँग काम गर्न आयो र म उ आएको २ हप्ता पछी मेरो एउटा अमेरिकन साथी जो मेरो मिल्ने साथी नि हो उ सँग ocean city drive गरेर गयोउ। बाटोमा धरै कुराहरु मनमा खेलाउदै खेलाउदै गयोउ। मनमा उही कुरा थियो देखेर म उस्लाई राम्रो लगेन भने भन्ने कुराले मलाई साह्रै चिन्ती भनाएको थियो। मेरो साथीले किन नबोलेकी मैले मलाई अली अली दर लगेको छ हेर्न उस्ले मलाई देखेर मनपराएन भने मेरो सथि ले मुसुक हासेर् dont worry भन्दै मलाई सम्झाउन थलि। अनि हामि ocean cityमा ११ बजे ३१# को street मा पुग्योउ र मैले उसलाई फोने गरेर म अैपुगे भने पचि उ नि आयो र हामो पहिलो चोति देखा देख् भो। त्यो दिन सरै रमाइलो भो। हामि पानिमा खुब् खेल्योउ। र साझ ७ बज्यो र हामी फर्कने बेला भो। फर्कने बेला उस्ले मलाई कानमा सुतुक तिमी मैले सोछेको भन्दा नि बढी नै राम्रो राइछ भन्यो र म खुशी खुशी भएर आफ्नो घर फर्क्योउ। र फेरी उही फोन मा कुरा हुन थालयो।

अनी उस्ले मलाई भन्यो ocean city बाट टेक्सस फर्कनु भन्दा अगाडि दि सि आएर मलाई भेत्छु भन्यो र मैले उस्लाई मेरो आमा, बुवा सँग भेटउने कुरा गरे। उस्ले नि हुन्छ भन्यो र अगस्त १०, २००२ मा ocean city बाट फर्कनु भन्दा अगाडि दि सि आयो र मैले मेरो आमा बुवालाई सबै कुरा भने र उ सँग भेताए। सबै कुरा राम्रा थियो आम बुवाले नि छोरिको खुसिको लागि उस्लै दिल खोलेर स्वगत गरे खित् खित् खित। त्यो बेला देखि we r still together तर उ अहिलेनी टेक्सस मै छ म दि सि मै छु।  :D
