Hi,
My labor applications was in audit in June 2008 and my lawyers say it is still in process. I am in EB2 applicant. Does anyone know if we could request the lawyers to send a special request to DOL to open the case since more than 18 months has passed, or just wait for them to respond? I am losing hope on this labor now? Anybody in similar situation...would really appreciate any advice on this!!

It took 23 month to clear audit for me. Audit was responded on Feb 2008.

I had a similar prob., but we threw that case and refiled. Prob that would be fasster, but you seem to be hare half ways from either side..

Thanks for the responses guys! Appreciate it! My audit was for business case asking the lawyers to send the complete recruitment process. Nothing was specifically flagged so we don't know what the DOL were looking for.
So is it worth waiting another 6-8 months or maybe refile?
