If you already bought webhosting and if you know how to install scripts look into wordpress or joomla on google setup simple layout with one page then add plugin for donation use paypal ...people can use their credit/debit cards through it to pass on donations too .

ye first is hosting > second if you have cpanel in your hosting there's fantastico option that will let you choose the script and do auto install on your hosting itself and create DB for you .
