Hi,

I have a marriage based AOS interview coming up in a month, and I have a couple of questions that I need your help for.
First, I didn't show/ mention my brothers in my family relationship when I applied for F1 back in 2003. Would it be ok if I talk about my brothers IF the interviewer asks or should I still go with the doc.

Also, I didn't pay (or haven't paid) State (-only) taxes for 08 & 09. Does USCIS dig into applicant's state taxes. Could this be a issue in interview?

Thank you all for your help.

 All right.

1. For the first one if you want to include your brother thats is ok. Even if you didn't do it earlier.
2.To make your case simple just follow dont ask dont tell. If they really dig(which they wont), just tell them you made  a mistake and you are ready to make it right whatever it takes( or sth of that sort). Good Luck!

Or, better call IRS and pay your tax. The bottom line is they are more peaky about not paying the tax rather than working abhaidhanik.

You have not received any letter from State then do not worry about it. If you are still  worry about it then why asking us , just fix it before you go to interview. Quiet simple.
