very urgent.....need help asap.....willing to pay 100 dollars if anyone could help me. just got my permit moved frm va..i dont have a vehicle but im inneed of someone who could come with me to dmv n present their insurance card ie all.....if yes plz reply asap....thankxxx

why? You need to get the driver's license? Try finding a driving institue in Devon. Instead of spending 100 bucks they will take you there for 60 bucks. You will save 40 bucks. If its for some other stuff then please explain.
