 Good Universities for Master in MIS

Hello friends,

Can anybody suggest me some good University for Master in MIS? I'm in foreign student status here in US and planning to join Master in MIS for coming Spring semester (Jan 2016). Being a foreign student I need a University which can provide me at least $1000 scholarship per year hence, I can be qualify for in state tuition fee. A University that can provide teaching assistance ship or any kind of research assistance ship will be a plus point.

Thanks a lot in advance for any recommendations or suggestions.
