Hey Sajha Frens, My ead card has not been issued yet. Biometric was done on November 23rd. Is it unusual? Should i contact USCIS?

Usually it takes around 90 days for EAD to issue. If your 90 days has already passed since biometric, then you can create a service order at USCIS, otherwise wait until 90 days. You may contact USCIS but they will ask you to see status online, not much helpful.
