I have been hearing a lot about PreFabricated House in Nepal. Of course west tira bata gako nai idea ho. Upon looking a bit in Google I realized it claims to be EarthQuake Proof, Disaster, Fire, etc etc proof. Claims to have 20-70 years warranty on it. Also ahile Nepal have handful of companies are making it. Also I read that it comes in different types, and depending on the materials used the price varies. I wonder if it is like Mobile Homes here in the US? Anyone have dealt with or built a Prefab Home in Nepal?
