Have Tps EAD and panding h4 .My husband didn't apply Tps .He had applied only h1 and ready to file i140 .can I file with my husband with greencard process both i140 and i485 .anyone has same boat please reply?

TPS has nothing to do with your other immigration process .. TPS is backup.. Yes you can adjust your status I.e 485 with your husband.. Keep in mind if you don't adjust it may take years to get GC on family based visa... I am not lawyer ...Talk to lawyer for nitty gritty..
