HI guys.
please provide me with some information about applying for DV lottery for people who are residing in US(in TPS). and also for refugees whose cases are pending, can they register too?

any suggestions are appreciated.

Anyone can apply for one, I dont see any restriction in terms of status while there are certain criteria they consider like one has to be 12 standard passed and things like that.
However, as for my understanding anyone is eligible.
