Case is still in the lower court. SC hasnt accepted any TPS cases. It shoud be extended until the lawsuits are settled.

Your favorite Democratic Party, Biden can signal DHS and get Nepal TPS extended in a second.

Biden did that for Haiti, even thought Haiti case is pending in court.

Nepali Adhikar.org is the culprit here. Biden Admin offered a deal to close the case. Nepal Adhikar.org become so greedy, thats why the case is pending and Nepal TPS is not extended till today.

Today Biden use his power to give Liberians DED.
