There are infinite ways to fail a system. There are finite
ways to make system work because resource is limited.

Such testing is not avoidable. San, like police are not
supposed to shot at someone just because the suspect
may commit a crime, but, a police officer will wait and wait
until the suspect commit a crime and if he comits the crime,
the officer will gun him down at the instance of crime.
I do not expect this name will appear next time.
