n the wake of the second jana aandolan a lot of people have been vocal about the opression faced by ethnic minorites and the need for a new constitution to address such issues...but in this process we are forgetting that, like ethnic minorities, women, handicapped, elderly, religious minorities have had to suffer at the hands of various social institutions and social elites...it needs to be put of for debate as to how the new constitution, if and when it is drafted, is going to address the problems of these groups of people who have been oppressed for hundreds of years

not only women and handicapped, they should also include dogs, rats, mouses, ants, bees..and so on. THE F-CKING sambidhan should preserve rights of all living beings.

existing constituion. Hence, the need for a drastic change in the
