I messed up with my Motorola Razr V3 (r) when I was trying to increase its memory. Now somehow the personalize setting is not functioning. I need it to be factory reset up again. There is one option under setting-initial setup- Master Reset, but I tried this too and it didn't work as well. I am tired of malfunctioning this cell phone. Please help me if you guys are expert in setting up my Motorola V3 Razr (r).
I would be grateful if you could help me.

Thanks,
Aasu

If you have warranty, get new one. Call the provider or the manufactuerer. That is the way of fixing things.
