1) Is anybody aware of new policy of Canada Immigration which says reducing backlog and change in immigration act that canada govt has made a day after Federal budget on Feb. 27 2008?
2) Does it mean that the application which were applied after Feb. 27 2008 will be processed after the processing of the old ones are done?

Would be great help if anybody could explain about these new changes.
