What is your MBA on? What kind of job are you looking for? What experience have you got so far? What kind of school did you go to? Don't they have a career services office? If they do, go and talk to them. Get some contacts from them. Do employers come to your school for interviews? You got to be pro-active and try to sell yourself. Try to network with the alumni from your school. Get the contacts from alumni association. Dude, if you are smart enough, get the job yourself? Why would you ever want to be with those consultancies? Of course, H1B is again a lottery but there are thousands of employers who will sponsor it for good candidates. Good luck :)
