Does anyone out here have any experience about it? Applied for GC directly on F1 Visa. Any experience, success, failure of any sort?

Thanks Nepalithita,

I did do some research but would like to get some more info from those who have been there, done that.

Raja Bro,

I have few question for ya:

1. Which year did u apply?

2. Line of Business of ur company?

3. Category? [EB2 or 1] and how long it took from time u applied to getting approved? BTW which month u applied and how it rolled out, as such?

4. How complicated was the process? Hope ur case wasn't before 9/11, lots have changed since then?
