You need to get invited by someone who's already a member.
Good luck on that.
Try chatting in IRC channels where you'll have more chances of running into someone who does.

I read somewhere, they open registration on 1st day of each month. Any help and suggestion is appreciated.

They open the registrations from time to time, usually one or two of the first days of the month, one can still register if he has been invited by a current member.
