one of my friend lives here in houston.....he is a F1 status student and has entered U.S 1.5 years ago...he is thinking to file Asylum from Houston...will that be a good idea.....what will happen if his asylum is rejected will he get deported or will be back to F1.....expert suggestion required..... how much time ,money will it take for filing asylum( hiring lawyer)...... thanks....
