I am planning to call my wife and mother for graduation ceremony. Should I need to apply my wife on dependent visa or, visitor visa same as for my mom? Do anybody have idea about the details of document required in  the embassy?

one of my friend's wife got dependent visa & mom got visiting visa for the graduation. May be visitor visa is more safe for both...but you never know its US Embassy

It all depends on the luck.
But i would apply as a visitor rather than dependent, since already graduated. Otherwise will wait until i get my H1B.

Regards.
