If the firmware is version upto 3.1.3 its easy to do. 3.1.4 unlock isnt available although it can be rooted.
Check the firmware, it its upto 3.1.3 you can download and do unlocks yourself. Pretty easy work. Google or see Youtube videos.

How is it easy to unlock 3.1.3? I never seen any software that can unlock 3.1.3 with baseband 5.12.01 with bootloader 5.8 or greater? Can you give me the idea?

devteam has been working on it for quite a while now...even though they have it they wont release it as soon as they see a new 4g coming , they might...hopefully this summer I have read somewhere that it could be tethered...i haven't read into it though...haven't had to as of yet my advice: DO NOT EVER UPDATE YOUR IPHONES UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO, cuz you can pay for its hefty data plans by selling the old ones after your contract is eligible for upgrade, at least thats what I have done and will do in the future.

HI yes usre you can easily unlock your iphone from network lock in Nepal or from any where in the world ...To unlock your iphone 3g or 3gs have a look at sites like Mobile-Unlocker.com here they are rendering remote unlocking service to unlock all model iphone from network lock .You first verify that whether they are rendering service for your country and network provider .If yes then pay for it and unlock your iphone 3gs ....
