Are you calling to KTM or outside?
For KTM, it's a lot easier (cheaper) to call USA from KTM.  If you are calling outside.. try hello977.com I find it easier.

If anyone knows better than hello977, please share here. We all can use it.

It seems that the above thread is true.. Kasto lovi bhako ho? Go and buy any phonecards for $5. The worst card will give you at least 15 mins . Why are you wasting your time.
