   I have been suffering from canker sores as long as I can remember, I don't know what is wrong with me. Some people say it is lack of sleep, some people say it is lack of water in body and some people say it is stress. All of that might be true but I really need to get rid of this permanently. I have been suffering for such a long time. While one heals another one appears and each one lasts about week or two. This time I am having several of them simulataneously..One is under neath the tongue at the string line joining tongue and mouth while there are more on either side of tongue.

Please if any of you know about remedy,cure or prevention of canker sore....please let me know..

Don;t worry so much about cancker sores. You can go to doctor than they will do a lot of test on you to find out what is causing it to really find out cure. Otherwise, just treat the symptoms with orajel.
The worst case can be is it can cancer if it is really not going away. I hope I am not scaring you.
And are you really sure it is cancer sores ? It can be other things so better get to an physicist.

I know it is canker sore for sure and it is not cold sore. Is orajel some kind of over the counter medication?

 I would like to know if there is some over the counter medication to relieve my pain.

I want to know..what is causing this if it is any deficiency on my diet and take care of it permanently and get my life back..

you need vitamin b complex. search for it in amazon.com and order it. also get more sleep and water. stress can't be controlled but it may also be a factor.

    I have no idea about medication, but drink as much water as ya cud,try to get enough rest & if ya cud get on to physical exercise, Yoga a plus too bro (Youtube it brO) ..& consult to a doctor asap if possible.
